Mission
Hunger affects more than 12 million
children in the USA alone. 36.2 million Americans - including
12.4 million children - don’t have access to enough healthy food
to thrive. They are food insecure and at risk of hunger.
The Food For Life Planting Foundation (FFLPF) is
a unique nonprofit charity dedicated to planting edible, fruitful
trees and plants to help end world hunger and rejuvenate the
surrounding air, soil, and water. Our primary mission is to plant
and help others plant over a million trees and edible foods across
the world.
FFLPF provides support, resources, and guidance for those interested
in planting. Food For Life promotes a variety of planting programs.
These programs are aimed at enriching the environment, providing
nutritious food sources for wild and rescued animals, and improving
human health by bringing delicious, fresh, locally grown organic raw
fruits and vegetables of the highest quality into the lives of all
people.
FFLPF also seeks to secure land throughout the world with the sole
purpose restoring native plant ecosystems with an abundance of Food
For Life and plants that benefit the surrounding air, water, and
soil and provide food sources for wild animals.
